At least once a quarter we host an information session for our clients on a different reputation management topic. Generally the sessions are hosted in the mornings from 09:00 - 11:00, so our requirements are tea, coffee and pastries on arrival. On average there are between 15 and 20 guests that attend. Our requirements are therefore quite simple, but interestingly some places get it right better than others.
