Can always rely on good old thriller with good twists when it comes to John Marrs.
We meet Detective Beccs, she has a daughter (actually a niece) that she is raising because her sister was killed by her husband.
There is seriel killer targeting specific people (paramedic/nurse/policewoman) because of something that happened on the past.
We also meet Joe, a super recogniser who helps to identify people who Detective Beccs works with.
Did initially battle to make sense/remember who is who.
Actually quite brutal and sad.
